Pick Up & Drop Off T&C’s, Late Charges & Payment Options
Full Day Pick Up’s will be within 7:00am and 8:00 am & drop Off’s will be between 5:00pm & 6:00pm. Half Day AM Drop Off’s & Half Day PM Pick Up’s will be between 12:30 – 1:30pm, Half Day drop Off’s 5:30pm – 6:00pm. Sometimes traffic & other factors may effect these times. Pick Up & Drop Off charges are per household / Destination (i.e. 2 dogs picked up at the same time = 1 charge)
Late Pick Up Charges: 5 or so minutes late every so often no worries – stuff happens, all we ask is you call us and let us know however if its longer or little more often:
Half Day Sessions late charge of £25 applies 15 mins after the end of the 5 hour session or if after 7:00pm the standard emergency kennel charge of £135 / night will apply
Full Day Sessions – late charges: After 6:15pm £25.00 charge per dog; after 7:00pm any dog not picked up the charges) the dog will be dropped at our emergency kennel @ £135/night
